Accomodation Requirements

Providing safe, well-maintained housing for our Nurses

Because our travel nurses come from all across Canada and are limited in what they can bring along, there are certain things we need to ensure are provided in every accommodation:

  1. Fully furnished: The unit should be fully furnished including essential furniture such as beds, seating, and dining arrangements
  2. Wifi: Reliable internet access is necessary for our nurses to stay connected with work and personal matters
  3. Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen should be equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a stove and oven, and should include basic cookware (pots, pans, sheet pan, etc.), utensils, dishes, cutlery.
  4. Linens and towels
  5. Basic cleaning supplies: To allow the nurses to maintain the cleanliness of the unit, we request they be provided with basic cleaning supplies such as a broom or vacuum cleaner, garbage bags and cleaning agents.
  6. Lawn care and snow removal
  7. Lockable bedroom doors: For properties where rooms are rented individually, it is essential that each bedroom has a lockable door. The door should be able to be locked with when the nurse is inside the room and when they are away, ensuring privacy and security.
